Sophie Aubert: My family runs a market for specialty French foods and products from our home region in the Rhone-Alps near Lyon. In addition to my family, we have a large circle of friends who fan out with us to find special items we think you would like from Provence, Cote Atlantique, Normandy and Brittany, Loire, and of course Ile de France and Paris. Usually, we have a debate, truly spirited, about which items to put on our website, marchedufrance.com because we each have strong opinions on which products best represent the true French traditions of family, precision and excellence. We truly hope you enjoy what we have found. We also like to write about our favorite recipe's. Some of you have written us back to say that you enjoy these recipes, so thank you, and we will continue!
